Stroke: According to many experts, diabetes and hypertension are the main causes of stroke. Unhygienic food, lack of exercise and excessive work pressure are other common causes of stroke. Thus, women must prevent themselves from stroke by avoiding junk food and excessive work load. Also, women suffering from diabetes must take proper care and medications to avoid stroke.
